The Digital & Technology division at M3BI is dynamic and innovative, spearheading a comprehensive digital transformation. We seek an Enterprise Architect to join our global team, adept at navigating complex business landscapes and articulating a clear vision. A strong passion for addressing intricate challenges and crafting digital solutions that merge extensive data with cutting-edge technology is essential. The role demands a modern, agile-centric architectural approach.

This position is inherently cross-functional, necessitating robust collaboration with various teams, including Product Management, Technology, Data, and Business Transformation. You may also engage with clients and partners to grasp market needs and support business objectives, making exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—crucial for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate the implementation of Agile Enterprise architecture services across diverse Digital Products and Data initiatives, adhering to established technical principles and standards.

• Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and end-users to effectively design modern applications, APIs, and Data platforms, selecting appropriate technologies aligned with business strategies and requirements.

• Lead the assessment and documentation of existing application and integration landscapes, formulating future state architectures and strategic roadmaps.

• Create and manage architectural artifacts and detailed components.

• Conduct application demonstrations and deliver technical presentations.

• Provide technical expertise in designing scalable ETL, data lake, and data warehouse solutions, addressing and resolving complex technical challenges.

• Assist the Data Architect in defining the data strategy, roadmap, and priorities.

• Offer formal technical guidance and informal support to engineering teams.

• A strong technical and commercial acumen in developing technology solutions that yield favorable outcomes for clients.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate problem statements, solution alternatives, analyses, and recommendations to diverse audiences.

• Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, developing roadmaps, and enhancing operational models.

• Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for data management systems.

Required Skills

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably with a strong quantitative background (STEM education or an MBA).

• Extensive knowledge of cloud architecture platforms (AWS, Azure).

• Technical proficiency, including:

- Over 8 years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise architecture.

- At least 5 years of experience with AWS/Azure data services.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing web applications, preferably using React and NodeJS.

- Over 4 years of experience in database architecture, particularly with relational databases like Postgres.

- At least 4 years of experience in data platforms and ETL, with tools such as Snowflakes, Snaplogic, Collibra, Allation, and Informatica.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working in an Agile development environment, integrating DevOps with CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with modern technologies such as EV, VR, AR, MXR, and Hyperautomation.

• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
