Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate the implementation of Agile Enterprise architecture services across various digital products and data initiatives, adhering to established technical principles and standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and end-users to effectively design contemporary applications, APIs, and data platforms, selecting appropriate technologies aligned with business strategies and requirements.
  • Lead the evaluation and documentation of existing application and integration landscapes, developing future state architectures and strategic roadmaps.
  • Create and manage architectural artifacts and lower-level components.
  • Conduct application demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Provide technical expertise to design scalable ETL, data lake, and data warehouse solutions, addressing and resolving complex technical challenges.
  • Assist the Data Architect in defining the data strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Offer formal technical guidance and informal support to engineering teams.

Qualifications:

  • A strong technical and commercial understanding of developing technology solutions that deliver value to customers.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; adept at articulating problem statements, solution alternatives, analyses, and recommendations to a diverse audience.
  • Ability to approach design with considerations for timeliness, cost, and quality, including risk identification and mitigation.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, roadmaps, target operating models, and performance enhancements.
  • Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data management systems.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Proactive in identifying potential issues early and assisting the team in prioritizing deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and focused on creating positive user experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a strong quantitative background (STEM education or MBA preferred).
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud architecture platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Required Experience:
    • 8+ years in solution architecture or enterprise architecture.
    • 5+ years of experience with AWS/Azure data services.
    • 2+ years implementing web applications, preferably using React and NodeJS.
    • 4+ years in database architecture with relational databases, preferably Postgres.
    • 4+ years in data platforms and ETL, preferably with Snowflakes, Snaplogic, Collibra, Allation, or Informatica.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • 3+ years in an Agile development environment with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
    • 3+ years of exposure to modern technologies such as EV, VR, AR, MXR, or Hyperautomation.
    • 2+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies.
