Overview:
The Technical Solutions Specialist acts as the primary expert on product offerings throughout their lifecycle. This role involves providing technical insights to clients regarding the product's advantages and features.

  • Ensure that product quality benchmarks are communicated and understood by the team
Required Skills:
Strong communication, analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities
Capacity to work autonomously and manage time effectively
Understanding of production methodologies, quality assurance, cost management, and strategic planning

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory; an MBA or higher qualification is preferred
0-2 years of relevant experience is required for this position

Essential Attributes:
  • Serve as a technical advisor on Digital Display and Digital Signage solutions
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance to sales teams, partners, and clients
  • Support system integrators with product selection and specifications
  • Assist in the setup and application of software and service solutions
  • Offer pre-sales technical guidance on a variety of products and services
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in and support industry events
  • Domestic travel may be necessary
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours for deployments is required
  • A technical background in IT, IP networking, Digital Signage, or the Display industry is advantageous
