Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software solutions, with a minimum of 5 years in customer success roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Database/SQL skills required, with domain expertise in Mobility & Security a plus.
