As a Senior Partner Sales Manager within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Automotive and Manufacturing Business Unit, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and implement a partner sales strategy that is transforming the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AWS Partners, including System Integrators and Technology Partners, to enhance the adoption of Amazon's extensive service offerings.
- Engage with strategic customers to build awareness and drive utilization of AWS solutions.
- Leverage your channel or partner sales expertise to foster relationships at the CxO level, facilitating meaningful interactions with partners and enterprise clients.
- Develop and articulate compelling value propositions that address business, product, and technical challenges.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consulting and partner sales, with a focus on achieving strong customer outcomes and driving sales growth.
- Minimum of 5 years in the Automotive and/or Manufacturing sectors, specifically in sales, business development, or partner roles.
- Preferred experience includes a strong background in SaaS solutions, IT sales, and cloud adoption.
- Familiarity with the Automotive and Manufacturing partner landscape, including ISVs and G/SIs.
- Demonstrated success in engaging C-level executives and exceeding performance metrics.
