Buzzclan, a prominent provider of technology solutions, is on the lookout for a seasoned Client Partner to enhance our operations. In this pivotal position, you will be tasked with establishing, nurturing, and overseeing client relationships across various tiers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, negotiate, and influence interactions and partnerships with clients, their brokers/consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate professional and effective in-person meetings with clients.
  • Ensure the continuation and renewal of existing Statement of Work (SOW) agreements with clients.
  • Develop robust relationships with client managers to uncover additional business prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to address client requirements.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a client-facing capacity, ideally within the IT sector.
  • A proven history of managing multiple client accounts and relationships.
  • A comprehensive understanding of budgets, costing, and Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

This position is full-time and based in our downtown Dallas office. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered in the future.
