Buzzclan, a prominent provider of technology solutions, is on the lookout for a seasoned Client Partner to enhance our operations. In this pivotal position, you will be tasked with establishing, nurturing, and overseeing client relationships across various tiers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan, negotiate, and influence interactions and partnerships with clients, their brokers/consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate professional and effective in-person meetings with clients.
- Ensure the continuation and renewal of existing Statement of Work (SOW) agreements with clients.
- Develop robust relationships with client managers to uncover additional business prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to address client requirements.
- Exhibit exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a client-facing capacity, ideally within the IT sector.
- A proven history of managing multiple client accounts and relationships.
- A comprehensive understanding of budgets, costing, and Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.
- Familiarity with technology solutions and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
This position is full-time and based in our downtown Dallas office. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered in the future.
