Key Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate the deployment of Agile Enterprise architecture services across diverse Digital Products and Data initiatives, adhering to established technical principles, standards, and practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and end-users to effectively design modern applications, APIs, and Data platforms. Assist in selecting appropriate technologies aligned with business strategies, capabilities, and requirements, encompassing application, data, technology, and integration architecture.
  • Lead the assessment and documentation of the existing application and integration landscapes, formulating future state architectures and strategic roadmaps.
  • Create and manage architecture artifacts and lower-level components.
  • Conduct application demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Offer technical expertise to design scalable ETL, data lake, and data warehouse solutions, addressing and resolving intricate technical challenges.
  • Assist the Data Architect in defining the data strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Provide formal technical guidance and informal support to engineering teams.

Qualifications for Success

  • Possess a strong technical and commercial acumen in developing technology solutions and outcomes for clients.
  • Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; you will frequently find yourself in situations where you must articulate problem statements, solution alternatives, your analysis, and recommendations to a diverse audience, employing strong influencing skills to achieve consensus and a unified direction.
  • Ability to approach design with considerations for timeliness, cost, and quality. Identify and mitigate risks, and quantify and qualify both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Experience in driving digital transformation, developing roadmaps, target operating models, and enhancing performance while reducing costs.
  • Capable of analyzing business needs and translating them into technical specifications for data management systems.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Proactive in identifying issues early and assisting the team in prioritizing deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, intelligent, and quick to learn, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies.

Essential Skills

Minimum bachelor's degree with a strong quantitative background (STEM education or an MBA preferred).

Extensive knowledge of cloud architecture platforms (AWS, Azure).

Technical Expertise Required:

Must Have:

‒ Over 8 years of extensive experience in solution architecture and enterprise architecture.

‒ At least 5 years of experience with AWS/Azure data services.

‒ A minimum of 2 years implementing web applications, preferably using React and NodeJS.

‒ At least 4 years of experience in database architecture with relational databases, preferably Postgres.

‒ Over 4 years of experience in data platforms and ETL, preferably with Snowflakes, Snaplogic, Collibra, Allation, or Informatica.

Desirable:

‒ At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile development environment, integrating DevOps with CI/CD pipelines.

‒ A minimum of 3 years of exposure to modern technologies such as EV, VR, AR, MXR, or Hyperautomation.

‒ At least 2 years of experience with AI/ML technologies.
