Job Title: Customer Experience Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Lead to join our team at British Swim School of Chesterfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our students and their families, and contributing to the overall success of our swim school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Poolside Experience: You will work poolside at our swim school, interacting with students and parents, and providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Customer Service: You will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Team Support: You will work closely with our swim instructors and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of our swim programs.
  • Marketing and Social Media: You will assist with posting media content and monitoring social media platforms to promote our brand and engage with our community.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
  • Professional Demeanor: You must have a responsible and professional demeanor to represent our brand and provide a positive experience for our customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s), may be obtained during training.
