Position Overview: The Customer Experience Specialist is tasked with delivering outstanding service to both internal and external clients. This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage a high volume of orders and resolve issues effectively on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver premier customer service for products to external clients.
- Engage in extensive communication with both external and internal customers through order management and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with U.S. and export contacts to fulfill customer orders, both domestically and internationally.
- Understand domestic and export processes, including shipping requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer buyers.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and supply chain personnel.
- Ensure effective two-way communication with the business.
- Proactively manage customer orders and resolve issues.
- Oversee the complete order-to-delivery process, including order entry and logistics.
- Provide emergency coverage during unexpected team absences.
- Conduct SAP testing as required and serve as the first level of SAP support for Customer Service Representatives.
Qualifications:
- A college degree or equivalent experience in customer service within the chemicals industry.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP (6.0) in sales and distribution, is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with the AdvanSix SAP S/D module.
