Position Overview: The Customer Experience Specialist is tasked with delivering outstanding service to both internal and external clients. This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to manage a high volume of orders and resolve issues effectively on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver premier customer service for products to external clients.
  • Engage in extensive communication with both external and internal customers through order management and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with U.S. and export contacts to fulfill customer orders, both domestically and internationally.
  • Understand domestic and export processes, including shipping requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer buyers.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and supply chain personnel.
  • Ensure effective two-way communication with the business.
  • Proactively manage customer orders and resolve issues.
  • Oversee the complete order-to-delivery process, including order entry and logistics.
  • Provide emergency coverage during unexpected team absences.
  • Conduct SAP testing as required and serve as the first level of SAP support for Customer Service Representatives.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience in customer service within the chemicals industry.
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP (6.0) in sales and distribution, is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with the AdvanSix SAP S/D module.
