Job Summary

TDB Communications, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
