Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lineage Logistics Holding, LLC. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, track product availability, and verify accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with excellent service and support.
  • Reporting: Generate customer reports as requested, including weekly and monthly late/bill reports.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels and availability.
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for customer issues, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED may be required, depending on the facility.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English proficiency required.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical Demands: May be required to lift a minimum of 20 lbs./9 kgs., depending on the facility.
