Key Responsibilities

  • Meat Cutting and Preparation: Cut meats to customer specifications using proper cutting equipment and techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, reporting discrepancies to management as needed.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with department managers and colleagues to achieve sales and profit goals, and to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Current food handlers permit
