Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Argent Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences and building strong relationships with our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance member relationships through personalized service and support.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring member satisfaction and trust.
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed assigned job production guidelines, ensuring high-quality service and productivity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; banking and financial background preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or cash handling is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
