Inside Sales Account Representative at UltraSource LLC

UltraSource LLC, a pioneer in the processing and packaging equipment sector since 1883, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to enhancing customer experiences.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with both prospective and current clients within a specified region.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and prepare quotations for clients.
  • Utilize the CRM system to manage and document customer interactions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing department to ensure that inventory aligns with customer demands.
  • Offer insights regarding product lines and marketing initiatives.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to exchange leads and market intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or sales.
  • Experience in a technical or food packaging environment is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; further education is preferred.
