UltraSource LLC, a prominent name in the processing and packaging equipment industry since 1883, is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to enhance our customer engagement and satisfaction.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients within a specified region.
- Oversee pricing strategies and prepare quotations for customers.
- Utilize the CRM system to manage customer communications effectively.
- Collaborate with the Purchasing department to ensure that inventory aligns with customer demands.
- Offer insights regarding product lines and marketing initiatives.
- Work alongside other departments to exchange leads and relevant market data.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales is essential.
- Experience in a technical or food packaging environment is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; further education is preferred.
