UltraSource LLC is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Account Representative to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service in the processing and packaging equipment sector. With a legacy dating back to 1883, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and innovation.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients within a specified territory.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and prepare quotations for customers.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage and document customer interactions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing department to ensure that inventory aligns with customer requirements.
  • Provide insights and feedback regarding product offerings and marketing initiatives.
  • Work alongside other departments to exchange leads and relevant market information.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales is required.
  • Experience in a technical or food packaging environment is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; higher education is preferred.
