As a key player in the healthcare sales landscape, the Laboratory Sales Account Executive will be instrumental in driving growth and fostering relationships within the hospital laboratory sector. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales team by specializing in laboratory products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with various departments within hospital laboratories to promote our extensive range of laboratory consumables and capital equipment.
  • Drive sales initiatives across all laboratory product categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with acute care representatives and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) market directors within the designated region.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our laboratory solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturer representatives.
  • Achieve established sales growth targets and objectives.
  • Develop a systematic call cycle to engage key decision-makers.
  • Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities through targeted prospecting.
  • Approach territory management with an entrepreneurial mindset, treating it as a franchise.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in quota-driven sales, particularly in cold calling and full-cycle sales, or at least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • A proven track record of sales growth and quota achievement.
  • Strong presentation skills across multiple product lines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • A stable work history with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience in laboratory consumables and capital equipment sales is preferred.
