Job Summary

As a key member of our team at Advertising Vehicles / Adsposure / Signtacular, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive Media Sales Specialist to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop, service, and maintain a base of clients to implement, drive, and support strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Identify prospects and evaluate their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options to drive revenue growth.
  • Sell Transit Advertising: Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects to recommend how transit advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible.
  • Meet Sales Goals: Reach and/or exceed specified sales goals on a consistent basis, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
  • Develop Customized Sales Presentations: Prepare and develop customized sales presentations by researching customer needs and translating those needs into creative proposals for business leaders using visual presentations, testimonials, and revenue-generating ideas.
  • Maintain Client Relationships: Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Stay Current on Industry Trends: Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the Design, Accounting, Operations, and Installation departments to ensure proper execution of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Prepare Reports and Maintain CRM Database: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; maintain and update the CRM database with complete and current account information.
  • Attend Sales Meetings and Travel: Attend regular sales meetings and one-on-one sessions twice monthly; travel out of the area for business needs.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong people and rapport-building skills with a positive and personable demeanor.
  • Collaboration and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Presentation Skills: Superior listening skills and creative problem-resolution skills; effective oral and written communication skills; strong and confident presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Solid computer skills with an in-depth knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of web-based CRM systems.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of two years related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
