Sales Account Executive Job Overview:

Become a vital member of our team as a Sales Account Executive at Graybar, a company dedicated to growth and innovation. In this role, you will focus on cultivating new client relationships, nurturing existing accounts, and promoting our cutting-edge products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customer accounts
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions
  • Engage in training programs, industry events, and sales conferences
  • Meet or surpass established sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday
  • Standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Consistent schedule with no weekend or evening shifts

Compensation Package:

  • Starting hourly wage of $24.04
  • Performance-based commission opportunities
