Sales Account Executive Position at Mark Andy Inc.

The Sales Account Executive will play a crucial role in engaging and finalizing agreements with prospective clients in the Mexican market through diverse communication methods. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outreach through cold calling and leverage virtual communication platforms for sales engagements.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Mexican market to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities within the region.
  • Keep CRM software and sales tools updated with accurate information.
  • Employ email, video conferencing, and messaging for sales interactions.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to cater to clients in the Mexican market.
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and closing sales.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Highly driven and results-oriented.
  • Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
Educational Background and Experience:
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in telemarketing, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Flexo and Offset products is beneficial.
