About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Americo Life. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with our insurance partners and their staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion with our insurance partners.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to educate our partners on Americo Life's products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends and opportunities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve our business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to our partners and their staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes, and challenges to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our partners and their staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or finance.
