Job Overview

PrudentRx is seeking a detail-oriented Product Business Analyst who possesses a strong analytical mindset and a systematic approach to achieve exceptional results in their field. The Product Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and Product Managers to gather and articulate user requirements, forming the foundation of our product specifications.

A proficient Product Business Analyst will have a comprehensive understanding of the development lifecycle, provide support during acceptance testing, and serve as a bridge between Product teams and IT developers, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Product Manager to define and articulate user requirements, shaping the core functional specifications of our products.
  • Act as a vital link between Product teams and IT developers, ensuring clarity in requirements and facilitating effective communication throughout the development process.
  • Support the development lifecycle by assisting in user acceptance testing to ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes and systems to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Engage with the Product Operations team to gather and analyze data, enhancing product scalability and operational excellence.
  • Proactively identify potential risks, devise strategies to mitigate them, and ensure the stability and success of our product initiatives.
  • Regularly evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements that align with business objectives.
  • Clearly articulate complex concepts to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Establish and maintain documentation of workflows, procedures, and other materials utilized throughout the standard operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for automation.
  • Complete all necessary ongoing training and learning requirements as per departmental and organizational needs.
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of networks, databases, and relevant technologies.
  • Capability to develop and implement a business/product strategy.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Background in IT.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, requiring a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions.


Physical Requirements

Responsibilities are performed mainly in a home office setting using company-provided equipment. The employee will regularly sit and communicate, frequently use their hands, and occasionally stand and walk.
