Contract Duration: 6 months (Potential for Permanent Placement)

Compensation: $50.85 per hour on W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract insights from operational events, assess patterns, and formulate actionable strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of a clear vision and translate it into specific, measurable, and attainable goals for the team.
  • Provide analytical and reporting capabilities to facilitate informed decision-making for business stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations by establishing a communication framework to keep all parties informed of functional changes.
  • Foster collaborations with various stakeholders to influence requirements, pinpoint operational enhancement opportunities, and guide the implementation of those requirements into effective business solutions.
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements for the team.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Assist in creating high-quality presentation materials for stakeholders and leadership, ensuring the appropriate level of detail for the audience.
  • Familiarity with relevant work management tools for decision-making and collaboration (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, SNOW).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, MS Teams)
  • Knowledge of Power BI development is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Financial HP PPM is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Production Support Teams is a plus.
