Role Summary

The Product Information Analyst is an integral member of the marketing team based in Hillsboro, NH (remote work options available within proximity to headquarters). This team oversees comprehensive marketing initiatives, including advertising, product launches, data management, and merchandising strategies.

Reporting to the Catalog Data/Digital Marketing Manager, the Product Information Analyst is tasked with ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data utilized across OSRAM and its retail partners' platforms. This position is vital for establishing a robust foundation for our digital operations, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Information Management
  • Lead initiatives to implement a global Product Information Management (PIM) platform, focusing on data quality, governance, and process optimization to meet the evolving demands of our business.
  • Organize and execute updates related to product information and lifecycle changes within various systems to facilitate swift and precise product introductions.
  • Conduct regular audits of database changes and product listings to ensure accuracy and quality across all platforms.
  • Ensure timely delivery of ACES & PIES data to partners while maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Manage discrepancies in application data, including research and analysis, to uphold data integrity.
  • Act as the primary contact for data-related inquiries from stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution.
eCommerce Management
  • Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to optimize product content for performance and search engine visibility.
Data Governance
  • Establish and uphold database standards and best practices, including documentation of processes and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements with a focus on operational excellence and data quality enhancement.
  • Utilize advanced technologies, including machine learning and AI, to streamline product data solutions for sustainable efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to manage projects related to PIM and product databases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize project management systems for transparency and meticulous record-keeping of all tasks.
Project Involvement
  • Engage in departmental meetings and undertake additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in product information or master data management.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented team player with a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
    • Experience in defining and achieving product roadmap objectives.
    • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with experience handling large datasets.
    • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with eCommerce or digital product management.
    • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
    • Experience in coaching and training stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
    • Experience in the automotive or industrial sector is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with PIM systems, project management software, and basic SEO principles is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Automotive Aftermarket standards is beneficial.
