Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and refine high-level documents to guarantee complete technical, grammatical, and formatting precision.
  • Manage and prepare responses to official task management requests and other communications.
  • Oversee the status reporting for various operational tasks.
  • Provide comprehensive project and event management support for significant initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the initiation and completion of essential documentation.
  • Serve as the main author and reviewer for formal communications and operational directives.
  • Ensure the accuracy and professionalism of all presentations and meeting materials.
  • Assist in coordinating technology services for presentations and meetings.
  • Organize and manage volunteer tasks and recognition programs.
  • Deliver technical writing and review services for internal and external publications.
  • Ensure timely and professional submission of all relevant awards and recognitions.
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.

Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in business process management, project/event coordination, or knowledge management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
  • Familiarity with data collection, management, and analysis techniques, along with the ability to prepare informative reports and visual aids.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience in a DoD environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at senior executive levels.
  • Understanding of military protocol and logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with task management tools used within the military context.
