Senior Sales Professional for Municipal and Industrial Projects

Wind River Environmental is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a Senior Sales Professional for Municipal and Industrial Projects, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, growing business within existing accounts, and establishing relationships with key municipal and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and Acquire New Customers: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial space, leveraging your expertise and consultative selling skills to build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Grow Existing Accounts: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand our presence in existing accounts, including municipal and industrial clients.
- Provide Expertise and Support: Act as a resource to customers, providing guidance and support on wastewater compliance and management, and offering unique perspectives on the services we provide.
- Manage Client Relationships: Own client relationships throughout the project timeline, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal operations teams.
- Research and Analyze Market Opportunities: Research prospective lines of business to identify the right customers to sell to, and develop detailed revenue potential estimates for all sites.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategic sales plans for Industrial/Manufacturing and local municipalities to support the company in achieving profitable revenue growth.
- Maintain Accurate Sales Data: Document all customer interactions, quotes, and closed won jobs in our CRM system.
- Closing Deals: Successfully propose, negotiate, and close profitable revenue opportunities at existing and new account locations.
- Experience in Industrial Sales: 5+ years of experience selling into industrial manufacturing facilities and municipal wastewater facilities.
- Knowledge of Wastewater Treatment and Management: Familiarity with wastewater treatment and management, including experience in securing bids in municipal accounts.
- Strong Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to evaluate price, profitability, and resources needed for projects.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to develop credibility and nurture relationships with clients and internal teams.
- CRM Experience: Experience working within a CRM system.
