Key Responsibilities- Grow Revenue: Increase parts and service sales opportunities in assigned territories, including consumables and commodities, service repairs, and undercarriage.

- Conduct After-Sales Visits: Regularly visit customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including machine owners, influencers, and parts and service purchasers, to ensure their loyalty and retention.
- Develop Partnerships: Collaborate with internal customers, including service, parts, and sales teams, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our products and services.
- Maintain CRM: Accurately record and update customer information, including machine lists, customer contacts, and sales data, in our CRM system.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales and service best practices to provide exceptional support to customers.
- Education: Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college, technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Proficient computer skills, skilled in developing interpersonal relationships, general knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts department functions, sales, and customer needs, mechanical aptitude, and experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and management.
