Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in assigned territories, providing exceptional product support to customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow Revenue: Increase parts and service sales opportunities in assigned territories, including consumables and commodities, service repairs, and undercarriage.
  • Prepare Quotations: Develop and present comprehensive parts and service quotations for customers, highlighting the value of our products and services.
  • Conduct After-Sales Visits: Regularly visit customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including machine owners, influencers, and parts and service purchasers, to ensure their loyalty and retention.
  • Develop Partnerships: Collaborate with internal customers, including service, parts, and sales teams, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of our products and services.
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately record and update customer information, including machine lists, customer contacts, and sales data, in our CRM system.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales and service best practices to provide exceptional support to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college, technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills, skilled in developing interpersonal relationships, general knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts department functions, sales, and customer needs, mechanical aptitude, and experience in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and management.
