About the Role

Hanson Professional Services Inc. is seeking an experienced candidate to fill a full-time Senior Project Manager/Technical Lead position in our civil site group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the success of our site development projects for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our site development engineering team in the design and engineering efforts for municipalities, educational facilities, commercial and industrial developments.
  • Project assignments would include designing for site grading, site geometry, ADA pedestrian improvements, pavement design, roadway design, stormwater management, water, and wastewater utilities.
  • Manage resources and client relationships, technical production, and staff supervision and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Advanced degree considered a plus.
  • Minimum of 15 years of site design experience including project management activities.
  • At minimum, possess an active Professional Engineers license in Florida.
  • Experience in municipal engineering is preferred.
  • Federal market experience would be considered a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Hydraflow, Vehicle Tracking, AutoTURN.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Teams.
