Senior Underwriting Support Associate, Legal Professional Liability

Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the underwriting division, your role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for agents and brokers, collecting necessary information for underwriters, addressing inquiries, and resolving straightforward issues to facilitate account management and business transactions.
- Proactively gather required data to finalize requests and maintain an organized follow-up system for pending underwriting matters.
- Ensure the precision of information entered into relevant systems and confirm that all essential documentation is appropriately filed.
- Regularly engage with team members, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to research and compile necessary information for transaction completion.
- Adhere to internal protocols, procedures, and service standards to guarantee that all assigned tasks are executed accurately and promptly, while complying with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives to identify issues, determine root causes, develop and test solutions, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Under the guidance of underwriters, attach relevant forms and execute policy modifications as directed.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
- Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure the team's operational effectiveness and achievement of business objectives.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
