Financial Services, Public & Federal, Manufacturing & Aerospace

Slalom is looking to expand further across the Front Range of Colorado.

This role will focus on building relationships within a new geographic area, serving as the first hire in the greater Colorado Springs market.

A Client Executive is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with a portfolio of clients by engaging with them to understand their strategic needs and objectives.

This position is not confined to any specific sector or domain, as it involves working within a new geographical location.

The primary responsibilities include representing Slalom's technical services at assigned accounts, setting strategic direction, delivering solutions, leading and coaching teams, driving new sales, and managing accounts.

You will act as a trusted advisor, strategically guiding the entire project lifecycle from pursuit to delivery.

  • Build and maintain Slalom's presence within your targeted accounts.
  • Drive business development by utilizing appropriate information, tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagements.
  • Collaborate with clients to influence their strategic business and technical direction, identifying ways Slalom can assist in achieving their objectives.
  • Maintain a utilization target of 40%.
  • Oversee revenue responsibilities ranging from $4-6MM.
  • Identify growth opportunities for Slalom offerings and set the direction for that growth.
  • Provide oversight and governance for sold and managed engagements.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and business levers relevant to your client list, understanding how Slalom's practice areas interact.
  • Ensure quality assurance in technical project delivery.
  • Assign tasks when resources are between projects.
  • Facilitate client satisfaction surveys where applicable.
  • Manage project teams consisting of 2-10 consultants on-site.
  • Oversee staffing and utilization of the team.
What You'll Bring

Minimum of 15+ years of experience in account and delivery management.

Consulting experience in a professional services environment.

Proven success in selling consulting engagements and creating value for clients while expanding services.

Advanced skills in technical project delivery, encompassing all aspects of program and project management.

Previous experience with P&L and/or revenue-generating responsibilities.

Exceptional negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Compensation:
$180,000 to $220,000 + variable bonus
