The Client Partner at Capgemini plays a pivotal role in managing significant global or regional accounts within the telecommunications sector. As a trusted advisor, the Client Partner is responsible for fostering and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand a strategic account within the Telecommunications Industry.
- Develop profitable business opportunities from managed accounts, ensuring accountability for achieving booking, revenue, and profitability targets both regionally and globally.
- Identify and understand key influencers within the client organization, adapting to the client’s culture and decision-making processes.
- Position Capgemini effectively at the board and senior management levels to secure potential major projects or bids.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience serving clients in the Telecommunications sector, ideally with organizations exceeding $2 billion in revenue.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in selling complex IT services or customized technology solutions.
- At least 5 years of recent experience in selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global services provider.
- In-depth understanding of industry-specific business environments, challenges, and trends impacting technology investments.
