About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Managing Directors and Partners, ensuring the seamless execution of their tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Own and drive calendar/complex meeting scheduling, ensuring that our Managing Directors and Partners are well-prepared and on schedule.
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end travel needs, including booking all travel and hotels, directions, commuting time, and ground transportation.
  • Expense Management: Process timesheets and expenses on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Managing Directors and Partners, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics.
  • Relationship Building: Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and other business partners.
  • Proactive Support: Anticipate and address the needs of our Managing Directors and Partners, providing proactive support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior executives, strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
