Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager. This is a key role that will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and retention
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Carrier and Vendor Relationships
- Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers and vendors to ensure optimal pricing and service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
- Production Partnership
- Work closely with production staff to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Internal Resource
- Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Attainment and maintenance of Life and Health licensure
- 4-year degree in business or related discipline, preferably with a focus on finance or accounting
