About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager. This is a key role that will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and retention
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Carrier and Vendor Relationships
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers and vendors to ensure optimal pricing and service
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Production Partnership
    • Work closely with production staff to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Internal Resource
    • Provide subject matter expertise to internal teams to drive business growth and improvement
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data to drive business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Attainment and maintenance of Life and Health licensure
  • 4-year degree in business or related discipline, preferably with a focus on finance or accounting
