Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team focused on the LATAM market. This role will primarily focus on the Mid-Market and Enterprise Account segments. As an Account Executive, you will have full ownership and accountability within a defined market at MaintainX. You will be responsible for managing longer, complex deal cycles while also closing more transactional deals as they come through.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Logo Sales: Close new accounts and consistently hit targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Prospecting: Contribute to your own pipeline through self-outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Presentation: Deliver presentations, including discovery calls, high-level product demonstrations, and closing calls.
  • Forecasting: Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales with +/- 15% accuracy.
  • Organizing: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including new leads, demos, proposals, follow-ups, etc.
  • Systems: Master the use of systems like Salesforce, Outreach, and others.
Requirements
  • Experience working with prospects in Mexico and other LATAM countries (required).
  • Manufacturing/Industrial experience preferred.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Able to occasionally travel to specific LATAM countries.
  • 3+ years of total sales experience in a closing role.
  • Documented success as a closer.
  • Ability to articulate metrics and data.
  • Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline.
  • Experience conducting your own discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Comfortable moving fast, multi-tasking, and keeping the energy high.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
  • Insanely detail-oriented and organized.
