About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at TITAN Formwork Systems. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell TITAN Formwork products and services to new and existing clients, and develop business plans to meet or exceed sales and marketing objectives.
  • Technical Sales Support: Provide technical sales support and on-site service to clients on large multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to grow account share.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regional Travel: Travel regionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in forming and shoring, with a comprehensive understanding of architectural and structural drawings, estimating, pricing, and supplier contracts.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
