Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives to drive new business acquisition and expand our enterprise client base. This role is exclusively focused on acquiring new clients and securing high-value contracts for AeroPay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement a Strategic Sales Plan: Design and execute a sales strategy to identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients, aligning with AeroPay's business objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers, staying informed of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation initiatives, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations with defined value propositions to prospective clients, negotiating and closing high-value contracts that meet both company goals and client needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of signed clients to account management and implementation departments, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance metrics.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry trends to position AeroPay's solutions effectively, representing the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with clients in multiple verticals.
  • Value Proposition and Solution Selling: Ability to understand and communicate the value proposition of AeroPay's products and services, with exceptional polish and comfortability when engaging with clients.
  • Organizational and Technical Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in relevant account management software.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with 7+ years of experience in fintech/payments solutions sales or a related field, and experience closing enterprise clients preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work Environment: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with occasional ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
