About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A commitment to adding to our culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • 10+ years of experience in the sales space, with a preference for SaaS experience.
  • 6+ years of success leading B2B Enterprise sales teams selling to Fortune 500 accounts in the HR/Recruiting Software space.
  • 2+ years of experience leading multi-leveled teams of direct and indirect reports.
  • SaaS or adtech sales experience is preferred.
  • Consistently meet or exceed team targets and have the data to prove it.
  • Demonstrated ability to command the room and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $240,000 | OTE: $228,000 - $200,000

Pay Mix: 70% base / 30% commissions variable
