Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success, to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent
  • Experience in leading teams through the full lifecycle of a SaaS customer: prospecting, acquisition, retention, and long-term relationship growth
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage with multiple customer personas across a wide variety of industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluent in Japanese
