About the Role

Arista Networks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team as a Client Sales Director. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within our large enterprise customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultative Selling: Develop and execute targeted account plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion within our large enterprise customer base.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop solutions that meet the needs of our large enterprise customers.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at our large enterprise customers to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Business Planning: Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion within our large enterprise customer base.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and revenue expansion within our large enterprise customer base.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion within large enterprise customer base.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Networking Knowledge: Working knowledge of networking solutions, including route, switch, SDN, SD-WAN, campus networks, network virtualization, and NFV.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at our large enterprise customers.
