The Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our team of quota-carrying Enterprise Account Managers. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our branding solutions to marketing and sales teams in the enterprise software industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a Team of Sales Professionals
  2. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
  3. Hire, Train, and Develop Sales Talent
  4. Manage Sales Pipelines and Forecasts
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying team in new business
  • Experience working with marketing clients/agencies and/or SaaS environment
  • Experience with martech space and technical sales
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and building net new customer base
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Media or data sales experience
  • Marketing agency background
  • Experience in a martech environment
  • Experience with SFDC and strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Excellent at data visualization and creating compelling stories with data
  • Experience working in a marketplace business
