About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Leader to drive the adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) within our Enterprise segment. As a key member of our Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team, you will be responsible for accelerating the growth of AWS in the Central US region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive adoption of AWS full suite of services into a set of Enterprise customers.
  • Exceed annual revenue and design win targets by building and leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Scale out an integrated go-to-market team in a highly complex environment, developing and executing against a set of goals including customer references, support, professional services, and training.
  • Develop relationships and engage with cross-functional and partner ecosystems to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Build and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further adoption of AWS services in the market.
  • Support all AWS operating cadences and represent a consolidated view of the districts to senior AWS leaders.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of technology-related sales, business development, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience.
  • Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
