Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive sales growth in the region

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience leading Enterprise Sales Executives within an Enterprise SaaS environment
  • 3+ years of experience selling to Enterprise Financial Services, with a strong preference for the Midwest region
  • Extensive track record of new business sales, including presentation and negotiation skills at the C-level
  • Strong success in recruiting, coaching, and managing an exceptional sales team
  • Strong strategic thinking, including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
