We are a dynamic apparel company based in New York City, seeking a seasoned Sales Strategy Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for executing sales strategies, building relationships with existing and potential customers, and driving business growth through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with retail partners, providing exceptional customer service through regular communication and collaboration
  • Lead business meetings with partners, compiling feedback to inform sales team decisions
  • Implement regional business development strategies, identifying new opportunities to expand retail distribution
  • Analyze reports, setting KPI targets to drive business growth and maximize wholesale shipments
  • Take ownership of booking and profitability targets, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with planning teams on OTB forecasts, delivering against targeted sales plans
  • Prepare seasonal data analyses, optimizing product assortment and division opportunities
  • Lead market appointments, presenting brand strategies and product offerings
  • Manage order books in collaboration with customer service teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping and finance issues
  • Ensure partners receive brand and product knowledge training for consistency across all doors
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of competitors' strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management
  • Experience working with woman's denim
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching, negotiating, selling, and group presentations
  • Ability to perform complex verbal and written communications
  • Proficiency in Excel and Retail Math

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per year
