As a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations, Global Agency, you will work closely with this team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.

**Job Description**
  • Grow as a person and leader in your field while helping Pinners make their lives better in the positive corner of the internet
  • Partner with advertising sales leaders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth
  • Monitor key metrics to drive accountability and surface risks and opportunities to senior leadership
**Requirements**
  • 12+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations in highly analytical environments
  • A strong track record of identifying key questions, connecting the dots, and communicating complex findings to executive level audiences
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams to drive outcomes
**Estimated Salary:** $145,000 - $175,000 per year
