As a Sales and Strategy Executive for Capital Markets Practice at Slalom Consulting, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of our Financial Services practice.
• Developing and maintaining deep industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance and insights to our clients.
• Providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise to internal and external audiences.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
• 10+ years of experience in sales, strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Deep experience working with clients in the Financial Services industry, including relevant industry knowledge and certifications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve goals.
• Proven track record of adapting to change and ambiguity, with the ability to navigate complex and fast-paced environments.
Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $174,000-$278,000, depending on qualifications, location, and other factors. Additionally, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
