**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain open communication with property and regional staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work closely with management to develop a high-performing team that represents the company's quality and professionalism.
  • Process accounts payable and assist with procurement card reconciliations within our automated accounting system.
  • Organize and maintain files, order office supplies, and research company-sponsored activities.
  • Attend training programs and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Handle inquiries by telephone to support property staff and run errands as needed.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of office experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or automated accounting systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
