About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Dining Services team at Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and visitors, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the dining office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for prospective and existing residents and visitors in the Dining office.
  • Reservation Management: Assist residents with making meal reservations and process dining takeout orders.
  • Administrative Support: Perform and manage clerical and administrative responsibilities for day-to-day operations and programming of the department.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and assist with general inquiries.
  • Menu Management: Assist with creating and/or updating menus, daily specials, and other dining documents and reports using various software.
  • Event Planning: Responsible for making event reminder outbound and appointment confirmation calls.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain the organization and professional appearance of the Sales office and up-to-date resident data collection/input into Salesforce.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain supplies, arrange for equipment maintenance, and code invoices for approval.
  • Company Philosophy: Maintain the Erickson Senior Living philosophy and Vision statements.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience as a secretary/administrative assistant to management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to multi-task.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including MS Office products.
