Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site activities, including scheduling, engineering, material management, and daily field operations.
  2. Ensure that all construction activities comply with company standards, contractual obligations, and project specifications.
  3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local authorities to facilitate seamless project execution.
  4. Schedule and oversee the activities of craft personnel, potentially managing multiple trade groups.
  5. Monitor quality control for all work performed, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  6. Promote and enforce a safe working environment, fostering a culture of safety awareness among the project team.
  7. Assist in resolving construction challenges such as productivity issues and work interfaces.
  8. Maintain records of material and labor costs, along with other field reports.
  9. Contribute to the development of construction schedules, reports, and budgets.
  10. Assist with project layouts.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in the construction sector, particularly in commercial and building projects.
  3. Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead field personnel effectively.
  4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Proficient in construction software and technology.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a knack for quick thinking in dynamic situations.
  8. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
