Position Summary:

We are currently in search of a seasoned Senior Project Superintendent with a robust background in Water/Wastewater projects to oversee operations in the Ft. Myers, FL region. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily activities and supervising all field personnel on designated projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety standards, client satisfaction, budget adherence, schedule management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of field staff, overseeing work schedules, project timelines, and resource distribution.
  • Guide team members in the construction of systems and equipment from inception to completion.
  • Assist in the development of accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and other project-related expenses.
  • Engage with clients, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to establish project budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment with suppliers and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain schedules for workers and subcontractors.
  • Keep a comprehensive daily log of job site activities, providing reports to management as required.
  • Adjust operations as necessary to effectively meet construction deadlines.
  • Implement cost-effective and efficient management practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a construction superintendent role.
  • Proven experience in managing water/wastewater projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and ability to travel to various job sites.
