Role Summary
As a Construction Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and direct construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate project plans, including timelines, schedules, and resource distribution.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure clarity of project requirements.
  • Set project milestones and track progress against established timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and forecasting.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to maintain budgetary constraints.
  • Review and authorize expenditures, invoices, and change orders.
  • Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and site supervisors.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members, addressing conflicts as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues.
  • Implement quality control measures to uphold high standards throughout the project.
  • Promote safety protocols on-site and conduct training sessions to minimize risks.
  • Act as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Communicate project updates and address stakeholder inquiries professionally.

Qualifications
  1. At least 4 years of experience as a Field Construction Manager.
  2. Strong understanding of construction processes.
  3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
  5. Familiarity with Procore or willingness to learn.
  6. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  7. Knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and safety standards.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Experience in delivering excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in luxury residential construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management.
  • General Contractor's license.
